At Home With The Grandpigs
Many years later, Grandpa Piggley Lives in quite a different setting. He shares an American home in the big city with his hard-working daughter and his three energetic, occasionally bickering, thoroughly contemporary grandchildren.
As in most any modern American household, life is a bit chaotic! Because Mom has to work, Grandpa Piggley is a central figure in the raising of his "grandpigs". These are youngsters who have never seen a farm, milked a cow, or considered life without television or electronic toys. They often need a little guidance from Grandpa in understanding how the world works-and in how to use their imaginations.
